      For my 5.56 I use Varget for bullets above 70 grains and TAC for 69 and under.

        Hope it's OK to quote this after so long...

        Have you shot any more of this load? I'm at 30.6gr of CFE223 and see 2400fps from my 18" barrel and am curious to see if your brass holds up at this powder charge weight.

          Never tried these bullets in the grendel, but they are deadly pills in my 260 going 2950... The terminal performance is impressive. Unlike the VLD line, I always seem to get a full pass through with these.

            Afraid not. I have found that the 123 amax @ 2600 with ar comp works just as well at longer ranges for a fraction of the costs.
