They have a pattern of abuse of agents withing the Bureau that is so disproportionate, it's a wonder how that issue alone hasn't seen the light of day in the medi....oh wait, the same "news" corporations who take White House and DOJ talking points and re-issue them as journalism.

There were a series of complaints about Todd Jones' violation of the Federal Whistle-Blower Protection act, after he made an ATF-wide video telling everyone to stay in-line and use the chain of command when filing complaints (i.e., don't file a complaint if you want to keep your career).

The fact that internal ATF and DOJ emails show that they had planned the M855 ban in advance and indicated they were going to ignore the citizen response procedures set by Congress doesn't help either.

The ATF has responded to a report that came out earlier today on Town Hall which seemed to show that the ATF was already planning on banning M855 5.56 ammunition, which is a popular round with AR-15 owners, before the public comment period was over.

According to a press release put out by the ATF, the agency is calling the inclusion of M855 among banned ammunition as “publishing error”.

They slipped it into the 2014 changes for the 2005 unconstitutional 2nd Amendment violations guidebook they crank out every 10 years.

Some major new developments have broken in the Fast & Furious case, if anybody was wondering. Murdered Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry's home was ransacked after he was killed. Federal Agents stole his personal computers, cell phone, electronic devices, in addition to his personal firearms.

His electronic devices were wiped clean before they were given back to his family, and his personal handguns were never returned to the family. No warrants or legal documents were submitted in order for his home to be searched, and the whole thing is odd, since he was a victim while on duty on the border, so his home should not have been the target of a ransacking by Federal agents.

His brother and sister recently revealed that he had filed two complaints with the union before he was killed, and the complaints were not related to normal administrative US Customs and Border Patrol issues. Anonymous BP agents revealed this to his family, who were not permitted into the court proceedings with one of the suspects. Neither were journalists.

Keep in mind that there was at least one DOJ/FBI informant among the rip crew who murdered Brian Terry. It's starting to look even worse than what the case already is with the gun-walking, that Brian Terry may have been targeted after attempting to blow the whistle on this monstrous abortion.

The actions followed Terry’s father notifying Burke that “Brian had sent three emails to the union over concerns that were not regarding ‘standard’ USBP issues.

“It was then that federal agents made entry into Brian’s home, seizing his personal electronics and personally-owned weapons without warning or permission,” the letter to Grassley reports. “The electronic devices were returned to our family, wiped clean of any data and Brian’s personal handguns have still not been returned to this day. Brian’s personal cell phone, although, ‘Undiscovered’ by investigators, remained active for over a year. We still have not been provided the warrant, legal writ, or any other associated documentation as to why Brian’s house was searched and his personal belongings taken and altered against our wishes.”

On the last visit home that Brian made in the Fall of 2010, he stated that things were getting worse down on the border and that he believed, “Something bad is going to happen.” Sadly, he could not have been closer to the truth.

After Brian’s death, our family met with members of the USBP Union on the conditions of anonymity. Behind closed door and drapes, we were informed that in the weeks leading up to his murder, Brian had sent three emails to the union over concerns that were not regarding “standard” USBP issues. We were informed that they were, “Throwing us a bone,” and that, “They were never here.”

Eric Holder sat there and looked my mom in the face saying, "This is more political than you think, the media is just hyping it."

I looked Eric Holder in the face and said, "You know, we're not here for your sympathy, we want answers."

Holder said, "I'll give you answers."

That was the last I heard from him. Then I find out he's just as guilty as the rest of them.
