They want it to be onerous. Which is why they want registration of all guns. They want to make it so onerous to own one that everyone just gives up.

Shit, the first thing they do is cash your damn check it used to charge the CC with efile. So they don't care, and the freaking atf should have sacked up and told Obama we already do a 4473 at pickup and we could just add everyone must get one at pickup on the trust. Since now they are doing double duty. But then again you can't tell a administration that actually thinks there is a gun show loop whole when buying from a dealer!
