Is there going to be a clearance issue feeding from the top with a full picatinny rail?

One or the other guys' website is recommending to use 2 individual rings vice the rail, due to that very thing...
Either the Oregun or the Hokey kid, one of them mentions this.

I spoke to Wayne this afternoon. While he does plan to offer a lightweight stock painted and bedded in the $400 range, his plan has been postponed. It will likely be May or June before he has built the tooling to make those stocks.

I've always considered a detachable flush fit magazine to be A solution looking for a problem.

are these in production yet? I am in need of one color is no issue and doesn't have to have the Howa engraving. I'm just tired of my mags dropping out of the factory setup.
