It must be said that the USA and Israel did vote no against this blatant attempt to disarm the general public of the world.
Please take time away from letting stanc get you all worked up to read this stuff. It is an extremely troublesome issue.
Correct me if I am wrong(which is probably true due to not being an expert in international law), but I believe an international treaty is the only thing that supersedes the Constitution of this great land.

I was worried about this in the past. I did read later where any treaty cannot violate the Constitution which made me feel better.
Being wrong does not mean they cannot do it anyway.
