Here is a picture of my 18” Group Buy next to my 16” Group Buy. The 18” has an ALG Defense hand guard I really like and the 16” has an inexpensive Rousch Sports Key mod hand guard. Both wear A-2 flash hiders. The 6.5 Grendel has little recoil so I’ve stayed with A-2 Flash Hiders. Both rifles are very handy. I have since switched scopes on the 18” to a 4-16 in a Warne 20 MOA mount.

left to ringht, 18" odin works bull barrel with vg6 gamma,stainless bead blasted, 16" ballistic advantage hanson profile with vg6 epsillion, 12.7 faxon group buy monster pistol with vg6 epsillion.
as nice as the epsillion is, it is rather long if you want to keep things short and tight. interestingly the 16" BA build is only 2oz heavier then the pistiol build, the scope will proably change that some more.

Really interesting spread you got there! I had a chance to try the epsilon on a tavor at the range in the 5.56 flavor. Really remarkable muzzle control in comparison to the VG6 which almost pushes down.
Really interested if your 6.5 Grendel fam there likes the same ammo types across the board or if each prefers a certain load etc.

The Odin is just a joy to shoot likes most of what I put through, american gunner, hornady black , 95 vmax reloads in 2 powders, and 100grain barnes ttsx in 2 powders.
The 16" BA Hanson is a virgin, so excited to see what it can do. Will break it in with AG and test with some black. Then rework the 95 vmax and 100 ttsx loads to see how they do.
The 12.7 monster pistol shoots hornady black and american gunner well. Around 1 moa, Just a bit of learning curve shooting the pistol build. And low power 1.75 -6x scope doesn't help. Probably will swap on a higher power scope for load development and then put the low power back on for deer season. Carried it this deer season and worked great on my heavy cover spots. But thinking about trying a kaw valley linear comp on it.
So plenty to keep me busy this winter, I have 125 gr nosler partions, 130 Berger classic hunters, to work up loads for also,if I get bored.

BCHunter I think you will like the Kaw Valley linear comp. I have it on both of my rifles. I have not shot either without ear protection but I can tell from the felt concussion a big difference between it and a regular birdcage that was originally on the BCA 20" upper I have. It projects muzzle blast down range.
My Oden works 18" barrel is also a joy to shoot. It shoots about anything you put in it decent but just down right shoots with worked up handloads. Factory Hornady SST or loads with 123 SST bullet are probably the worst though. It as well as the BCA just does not really like that bullet. 120 Speer GD and Sierra PH really shoots well with IMR 8208. I don't have a picture to add, haven't tried to post pictures yet, but I used a 15" STNGR handguard and it is really light and is really easy to mount on the rifle.

16" barrel with 15" handguard. I have a brake under the can, works great but terrible on the ears. I have used linear comps and they are super nice if you don't plan on suppressing. Prior to the suppressor I switched all my guns to linear comps.

Ill post pics when I get mine assembled, wont be for a couple weeks though.
Ill be running a 16 barrel with a 13.7 CMT handguard. The UHPR handguard is my favorite of any that Ive handled and weight including barrel nut is under 11 oz if I remember correctly. Picked up a gamma 65 brake for cheap on Black Friday too.

Troy claymore is my linear comp. couldn’t deal with the single stage brake that came on my grendel.Big difference in noise reduction. I’m a fan on linear now.
