Tomorrow, following the Italians laws and rules I'll go the Police station to update the detention report, It It takes normally less than ten minutes, then bureucracy Is finish until next time. Tomorrow I'll install the scope, the bolt has been updated with Glades knob, and I will begin with the reload cartridge phase. During the week end the first shopping test.

Discovered few minutes ago that the scope rings that were in the box with the rifle are 1" an not 30mm. I'm a Little borse.

1" or 25mm if you prefer. You might consider buying a scope rail, which will give you some additional clearance for the scope's front objective over the barrel and the ability to use any scope rings that you like.

I put Leupold rings in place. 1" or 30MM are both available in various heights.~Riuma

I realized today that i did not mention the objective diameter to my friend that work in gun shop. He Is looking for the Rings, vortex Viper 4-16*50 has a 57,5 mm external diameter, so I need extra night Rings.
In the meanwhile I beginned the reloading work, 20 cases have been full resized, even if new (Lapua Brend), I have to choose between three type of Primers, cci br, Federal 205 Gm and normal Federal. Any suggestion? I'm going to use Lapua scenar 123 grains to begin using 26 grs of Reload Swiss R40 powder. Lady but not the least, I hate the authomatic correttore of my tablet!

Even if new, I full resized Lapua cases(20), have to choose between CCI BR, Federal 205 GM, any suggestion? Powder Will be 29 grs of Reload Swiss RS40 and Lapua 108 grs bullets.
About the scope, Vortex Viper 4_16*50, I'm looking for extra night hight Rings because the external objective diameter Is 57,5 mm. Activities continue...

Either wil be fine. I used BR-4's for a long time and them switched to S&B when the prices got crazy and I fell into 15000 of the S&B. Some of my best loads are lit by these primers. I like them very much with Lovex powder. I also FL reaize all new brass for uniformity. I have avoided a rail of any sort, and juggled my scope selection to keep the scope as low to the bore as possible and avoid cheek-weld problems. My current scope is a 4X16, 44MM and I have it on high Leuplold rings built for the CZ. This arrangement works very well.~Riuma

I got one of the CZ 6.5 about a month ago. It is a handy little rifle. Very accurate with 120 gr bullets. No loads I shot were bad, but the 120's I shot which were 120 gr PPU HP & Barnes were sub moa at 100 yrd. Like almost 1 holers. Very happy with the rifle.

I load 120 Pro Hunters to about 2700 and it is not only close to "one hole" but the deer seem to die quickly. Interesting about the PPU 120. I was organizing my loading room and found 1200 of these I'd forgotten about. I have had them for at least 10 years. I think I got them from Graf. Glad to hear they shoot from the Grendel and especially the CZ.~Riuma

First test today, I put on the CZ an old Meopta 6x, not the best for my eyes, I powder 29 grs of RS40, Reload Swiss powder, Lapua Scenar 123 grs OAL 57.5 mm. Not too bad at 100meters ( three touching each others and One at 1cm from the group), not good at 200meters, but for sure Iwas the problem, more than 1 year without shooting and a scope that did not help made the difference. As soon as possibile I'll load the photos.
