Wow I just looked and Hawaii falls under the 9th’s jurisdiction. Maybe some hope for some of these blue states. I figure the States will ask for an injunction till this goes to a higher court.

The stay from District judge is still in place so we cannot buy standard capacity mags yet. State has until 8/28 to ask for en banc hearing .

And Oregon. We've gotten some more restrictive gun laws over the last few years including the so-called 'red flag' law. Nor can I loan a firearm to a friend any longer. I've been waiting for the hammer to drop on a mag ban. So far, with the help of the Oregon Firearms Federation ( https://www.oregonfirearms.org/ ) we've survived. This definitely lifts my spirits.
