Modifying mags?

I recently found a couple of Howa Mini magazines in .223 for a good price. What kind of modifying do I need to do to make them work properly in my 6.5 Grendel? I thought I read a thread on this subject but cannot find it anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

This may prove harder than you hoped. It's a larger diameter round than .223, so just swapping out followers won't work so good
