New Trybe Defense R.O.C. Chassis for Howa Mini Action

Thought I would post some pics of my Christmas present from my amazing wife. Hopefully the pics are clear enough to show how good the finish is on this chassis. This is the Trybe Defense R.O.C. in FDE from Opticsplanet.com. For those that may not know this chassis is sold through opticsplanet.com for about $350.00. This is mine in 6.5 Grendel.

The Pros:
-Very nice machine work
-Very nice finish
-Not as heavy as some other chassis options
-Looks great
-Eliminates Howa bottom metal
-Feeds flawlessly
-Cheek weld height adjustable using 5 supplied cheek pieces of different heights (not as nice as some other chassis options but works fine)

Cons:
-Uses factory Howa Mags
-Does not accept AR style buttstocks
-The buttstock fits me perfect but for someone taller additional spacers may be required (Buttstock is made by MDT and accepts MDT spacer kit)

Does a 1-up on the MDT, since for MDT you need to add a carbine buffer tube, castle nut, hand grip and buttstock.
I Like my MDT's, but if I needed another this would be on my short list.

Lol….The first Christmas gift she ever gave me was a Remington 700 police model in 300 win mag. Now that we are married and have kids the gifts aren’t that extravagant but a chassis for my new mini action ain’t bad at all!

achristian8, 2 actions screws off, install barreled action, screws back in and your ready to roll, correct?

how quick to adjust length of pull? I shortened up the Magpul ctr on buffer tube for my kids to shoot whitetails this year, and did a quick double header after one of them shot, advantage mdt/buffer tube set up imo, I'll not be giving up these Magpul ctr's so easy to adjust for anyone or any position/clothing amount etc.

also, I'll never spend another dime on anything that takes factory Howa mags, just saying
