I applaud him for his dedication to getting good live fire training, but keep in mind that video is sped up.

I noticed a couple of spots where it was sped up (and one place where it was slowed down), but I couldn't tell if the majority of the video was sped up, or if he was actually running the course that fast.

He has been training with Jessica Hook.

Never heard of her before, but yes, there is a video showing the two of them.
