I am more than a bit of a computer nerd. Did I mention that my favorite number is pi? I've been writing code for 35 years and have been using Norton for as long as I can remember. Last company I worked for had McAffe for a while and it was fine but they switched to Norton. I've also heard good things about Kaspersky and Bitdefender. If you don't want Norton then one of those two would be fine.
