They'll need Gen 3 PMAGs to support that.
I just saw a recent video where M855A1 even fired from an SBR penetrated hard armor and caused devastating damage on the clay mannequin torso behind it.
There are other videos of it from SBRs penetrating plates and water jugs behind them. It's fast.
