I'd like a 20 to 22 inch tube for a target/hunting rifle.. What Velocity could I expect from a 20 inch??

Using Hodgdon CFE 223, muzzle velocity with the Berger 108-grain Boat Tail projectile should be about 2730 fps from a 20-inch barrel.
