Well, the weather in Houston finally cooperated today, so I made a quick trip to the range during lunch. Sent a couple boxes of Wolf Mil down range to break her cherry. Rough way to break her in, I know. Really couldn't tell much of a difference in recoil from my mid-length 16" 556. Shoots real smooth.
Also shot a box of Hornady Black ELD 123gr to see how tight of a group I could shoot at 100 yards. Last group of 5 was exceptional for me...not sure of MOA (since I had to leave before the RO retrieved targets) but 3 of the 5 shots were touching.
All in all, I'm very happy with my setup and look forward to putting some Grrr into a hog later this week.
