You care to post a picture of the case head of the 30-40 Krag cartridge. I had a Gunsmith buddy look at your pictures since he’s owned and shot 30-40 Krag for about 40 years. He doesn’t ever recall a bullet like the one you have pictured. I’d sure keep it as it is very unique.
