The problem seems to be that too many irresponsible people fail to face the real consequences for their actions. Litterbugs ruin ranges and fishing holes because if you don't get caught, you haven't done anything wrong. And if I do get caught, I'll get off because I don't know any better.
I detest lack of personal pride and responsibility. It's a stench and a cancer upon society. Unfortunately, it's nothing new.
