FWIW, I’m having the same feeding problems with my RAP 243 as well. Even with the AICS “style” single stack mags. It’s not as frequent as the Grendel but, some bullets just don’t want to feed and plowing nose first right into feed ramp and jamming up, and the harder you push, the more they don’t budge. Very irritating. To the point I actually broke the stock on the 243 today doing battle with it, so, got another Magpul from “Buds” this afternoon.
I've polished feedramps on one of my AR15s and it improved the feeding issue could be the same with these.
So the factory stock can be broken with some effort, is the Magpul stock that much better built? Handled the RAP 6.5G last week at bud's gun shop and the stock felt ok but doesn't sound like it's as strong as it should be. What is the weight difference of the rifle between the 2 stocks?
