My barrel shoots any 95 to 108 grain bullet under 3/4 moa with 31.5 grains 2000-MR also.
It burns cool enough to pick up the brass right after firing and not get burned.
The same load shoots half inch with 95 ballistic tips 10 thou off the lands.
I use rem 7 1/2 primers.
Doesn't the 31.5 grains of CFE get quite compressed with the aforementioned bullets?
