Attention all NFA, SBR and AR Pistol people: There is a piece of new proposed firearms legislation that I think we can all support. How's that for unusual?
HR 5289, The Home Defense and Competitive Shooting Act, introduced by U.S. Representative Roger Marshall (R-KS) would take most SBRs out of the category. No stamp, no waiting period, no "May I please cross a state line.", no more 10-year felony/$250,000.00 fine over 1/2 inch of barrel length. Oh, yes; It supersedes State restrictions too.
Please look this up for yourselves and contact your U.S. Representative if you agree.
This may not have a chance, but we have nothing to lose by showing some support.
