Seems like a very dangerous double sided sword too me.
True yea someone could use it to try and change their states gun laws... possible.
But the other side is with the screwed up social thinking of today's society, now someone could be set free for a serious crime because the vote wasn't unanimous.
Unless I'm reading it all wrong and that's very possible, legal speech is like translating some south African clicks and pops speech.
