You are right on that "other side" -- that is what La and Ore are now facing due to this ruling. The other 48 all have a unanimous jury requirement. Those 2 states will need to brace themselves b/c those suits are coming now.
But for us 2A folks, I'd like to see some challenges based on this ruling and legal logic. It helps us if we can just get the right lawsuit in the right federal court district...
