Our real problem is we don't have a bunch of idealistic lawyers who relish a fight down in the trenches...
Nor apparently many organization CEO's who are willing to think and act strategically.

Hes got more than 55 Billion dollars and is nearly 80 years old. He can see the NRA is in trouble, hes not going anywhere! Bringing down them would be a huge trophy on the wall for his legacy. And hes succeeding. The NRA was virtually absent in the elections leading up to and including the 2A sanctuary fight in Virginia. Right in their own backyard. Why? Because theyre broke! Their not filing lawsuits because Lawyers want to get paid too!
