Rebarrel a howa mini with the heaviest contour 24” barrel of the highest quality you can fit on that action, chambered/throated for the specific bullet you want to shoot set at your desired COAL, and drop into a quality chassis.

Or if mark at PF has any of those Grendel bolt guns ready to roll I would go that route, in a chassis.
