Good writeup Lze, lots of info.
BUT......
The upper side of 40 is not "the wrong side" -- Au Contraire!!!
Lots more wisdom, cunning and experience up there (well... here, since I passed that mile marker decades ago) that more than compensates for youth energy and quickness.

Besides, 60 is the new 40 (now if only my bod would believe that!!!).
