This report shows the guy in New Mexico being hit with the skate board just before he exercised his 2A right to defend himself. I doubt it will go well for him in a Liberal state. Lemonaid you’re correct in your judgement.
Best bet really is to not put yourself in that type situation. Hard to believe these activists think that they can beat someone with a skateboard and not expect the victim to defend themselves.
