Howa Mini pistol chassis

I bought the rifle version with their butt stock option. Pretty awesome but the rods they use for the stock are steel. A lot of unnecessary weight added. I milled some out of carbon fiber and they cut about 9 ounces from the weight. I’d post a picture but my barrel is at LRI right now getting pinned at 16” oal and fluted. Once it’s cerakoted and put back together I’ll get a photo.
