Does castle doctrine apply to protecting gated communities? I don't think so.
My understanding of Missouri castle doctrine law is that is pertains to intruders in your home, not trespassers on your land or in your community. The BLM folks did not appear to gain entry or attempt to gain entry into the McClosky home.
