That is about the story I would expect. Remember, the defendants in such cases always have claims of innocence, be the claims true, or not. I am sure the McClosky's given all of their legal issues of the past, will have fully documented the ordeal on their security system. After all, it isn't like they haven't repeatedly had legal issues in the past, some of which involved their property.
