I received an email around 9:30 this morning from the Plant Manager/Asst GM at Shaw. He has offered a replacement barrel or a refund.
His comments were "This could be a ammo problem. We ran into similar problems when the 224 Valkyrie when came out. Or it could be a chamber problem."
I think the first CS guy was just unaware. I haven't decided what to do honestly.
