someone on the forum suggested modifying the mag spring pressure. I cut 2 coils off the mag spring and it runs like a top now, unreal.

Yup. Take some spring tension off a mag. If you have a mag or two that work better than others, load them up and keep them like that for weeks before cutting the spring and see if that helps them.
before you do anything above, take the action out of the stock, clean the oil off the threads and clean out the holes of excess oil. Use blue loctite and retorqe the action. Ruger states 60 to 80 in/lbs. I started at 55 in/lbs using a Wheeler Fat Wrench and worked the action OUTSIDE with live ammo up to >60 making sure the rounds cycled before calling it done.
