I can't side politically with either a D or an R, and I've been "off the grid" when it comes to watching any kind of "news" for about 10 years. So I don't fill my mind with the kind of tosh that would allow me to so eloquently regurgitate, as some do. It sounds pseudo-intellectual, and I'm sure that people believe it with their whole hearts. But I don't buy it. I really doubt that there are very many people in the world that have the ability to defend the points they're making, as well as they think they can. (even fewer could formulate them, on their own) That applies on both sides of the partisan machine.

Back to that original topic... the one that involve the 2A. There is an inviolable hierarchy in nature, in which conflict and death are ever-present. On this fact alone, we stand firm on the necessity, as a basic human right, to give ourselves advantage, in said hierarchy, and the inevitable struggles that follow. On this there can be no disagreement: When basic civility fails, might always makes right. You must want more than I want, and have the means to attain. For this stance, I make no apologies.
