How much do you want to bet that neither party will pass any laws to tighten voter regulations? State/federal ID should be mandatory, absolutely.
The absentee voting issue is interesting. The federal law allows for it, but states often have their own additional regulations (excuses) you must have in order to vote absentee. Most states, don't have specific excuses.
