That was an emergency appeal to injunctive relief filed by filed by Senator Mike Kelly.

There is nothing nebulous about the size, scope, and types of evidence witnessed by thousands of election monitors and cameras, let alone the compromised election machines.

This isn’t about D or R, but about election integrity.

It’s in everyone’s interests to ensure we have free and fair elections, not elections run by Chinese, with Venezuelan rigging software, in machines that most States have banned from use because of the inherent back doors in those machines. I don’t like the idea of machines as it is, since everything is Digital nowadays and can be rigged with small RF antennae to send and receive data.

Again, you really need to watch the body of evidence that is voluminous. We’ve never had a contested election where at least 18 States now have filed suit against States where evidence of fraud is so blatant, that it was used to flip those elections in the early hours of November 4th.

Imagine if Biden had 306 projected EC votes on election night, with Trump at 214, and you woke up to those numbers being flipped with all kinds of ballots being counted in a short period of time that exceeded the standard deviation of normal ballot counting distribution by an order of magnitude that defies the preposterous.

Would you support investigations into these ballot-counting irregularities, or just accept it and welcome Trump in for 4 more years?

Additionally, imagine that Trump’s sons were crackheads who got kicked out of the Navy for smoking crack cocaine, and immediately got no-show jobs with a corrupt Ukrainian Oil/NG company whose owner had fled the Ukraine under money laundering charges, which were being investigated by the UK.

Trump calls up UK and tells them to shut down the investigation, withholds $1 billion in US aid to Ukraine until the Ukrainian prosecutor is fired, then brags about it at one of his campaign rallies, saying, “Son of a b*tch, he got fired!”

Then imagine Eric or Donald Jr. opening up a shell company with John Kerry’s son-in-law with a Chinese communist spy, where they get an expense account that just gets filled every time they run it dry on whatever they like. The Chinese businessman/spy then deposits more money into the account for them to continue spending.

You’re cool with that, right? No questions about the Presidency being compromised by our #1 enemy there.

So why is it different with Biden?

This was never about fraud. It was always about Trump wanting to win.
He made allegations before he defeated Hillary, because he expected to lose.
He lied about millions of illegal votes in 2016 election (never proven. Go Find Some).

He start the process for the 2020 election a while ago, attempting to cast absentee ballots as flawed and subject to fraud.
He repeated that.
We ended up with a PostMaster General who reduced the effectiveness by removing automatic sorting machines as a "cost cutting measure" .
He also reduced overtime and hours for cost cutting, causing other mail delays.
That was a transparent effort at slowing mail down. It happened and judges ordered him to speed up deliveries.

There were repeated attacks on voting machines, absentee ballots and carious electoral counting, etc. None proven.
Many more democrats voted early or absentee (BECAUSE COVID) and in many states they count those later.
So the early leads by Trump were overcome by those votes.

Babble was published about 138K votes for Biden in a Michigan county. This has been mentioned here as proof of fraud.

Early Wednesday, images of an election map suggested that Joseph R. Biden Jr. had suddenly received 138,339 votes in Michigan, or 100 percent of the newly counted ballots in an update of the state’s tally.

In reality, Mr. Biden didn’t receive those votes. They were briefly added to his unofficial totals on an election map because of a typo in a small Michigan county that was caught and corrected in roughly half an hour.


“All it was is there was an extra zero that got typed in,” said Abigail Bowen, the elections clerk in Shiawassee County in Michigan, just northwest of Detroit. “It was caught quickly,” she added. “That’s why we have these checks and balances.”


When Ms. Bowen and her team sent the county’s unofficial vote counts to Michigan officials early Wednesday, they accidentally reported Mr. Biden’s tally as 153,710, when it should have been 15,371, she said. About 20 minutes later, she said a state elections official called her to ask if the number was a typo; Shiawassee County doesn’t even have that many residents. Ms. Bowen said she corrected the figure and the number was updated.
