In an imaginary scenario to help identify the players, say team B is illegitimately in charge of the government and orders it's citizens to hand over their AR style rifles and magazines, just like what happened with the bump stocks, no recompense just hand them over or go to jail.
Who would enforce this, The ATF? Local law enforcement? State agencies?
Now if the citizens resist with force of arms, does the FBI or other federal agencies come in play?
If the conflict spreads nation wide and team B orders the Military to enforce it's will, would they take a side or be neutral?
Would this be a state vs. state thing?
