There are too many gigantic problems with your scenarios. Such as the role of our federal forces and National Guard in all of this. And the states and counties where the State and local governments will refuse to oppress the citizens. Hell, I cant imagine the gang bangers in L.A. allowing some troops from the UN to order them around. And if the population in your county or parish or what ever allows imported rioters and looters to destroy your town or city -- it is a lick on you.
So, give some thought to this and come back with something that is just a bit more probable.

I fervently pray that you are right and I am completely wrong. I thought the deep state was improbable at first, then came IRS Lois Learner gate, FBI corruption, Justice Department corruption, State department corruption, Voting integrity corruption, attempted coup of duly elected president, false impeachment, court corruption.
The corruption was vast beyond belief. Suspect there is corruption in the armed forces as well.
