Also to add, and this is important, the current Texas house bills, HB112, HB915, HB1238, HB1094, HB1094, HB915, HB957, HB336, all have verbiage in it that indicates if passed by senate, it would be in effect immediately, if it does not pass the Texas senate, it would go into effect Sept 1, 2021.
Once bills are submitted the verbiage can be changed or even eliminated.
