Montana gets Constitutional Carry

I live in Montana, a small town of about 5000(4990 too many!) and also have some worries about how people, society has changed- not for the better. People don't have sit down conversations anymore- they will text each other across the table and will cross a street without looking up from those stupid phones. My point being of inexperienced people pulling a firearm or worse , that can and will be used against all of us who value our freedoms.
