Looks like the 16.5 CZ can be had for $750 but I have read where there are (were?) issues with the bolt getting in the way of the scope
is that still an issue? Also, are there any mods needed to the CZ in order to bring it up to speed? For example it seems the howa needs that bottom metal mod to be setup right so the Howa is really going to be $150 more expensive than anything I find as I account for that mod.
