A couple of updates on this rifle...
I moved my Athlon Helos 2-12 to my 16" 6.5G gas gun and got an Athlon Helos 4-20 for the mini action. I'll take the slight weight penalty for the better long-range reticle. I also added a POF-USA micro brake, which works surprisingly well to control muzzle jump.

I also shot my 2.32" COAL 130gr Berger Hybrid loads at 100 yards; not quite there yet but definitely looking way better than the scattershot 4-5" groups I was getting with my original 2.27" COAL loads. These Bergers do not like jumping. These loads were clocking at 2470fps; I am going to try 30.7gr CFE223 (vs 31.0gr) to see if the loads settle down with less MV.
