Tyranny could never happen in any modern democratic nation, was all I heard for decades by anti gun zealots who used this excuse to repeal the 2ndA..I guess their reasoning just turned south and I wasn't just a paranoid gun nut as they claimed lol..
Sounds reasonable to arrest pregnant woman for planning a protest on social media, seizing children from parents and entering homes without a warrant, forcing people to stop engaging with others in conversations, forcing people to wear a mask indoors and out and controlling unvaccinated people. How dare people think they should have a say in what is injected into their bodies.. . Oh wait, I forgot that was reasonable in Nazi Germany, not modern democracies.
