It appears the Henry USA is the only remaining maker of lever action rifles with detachable box magazines. They have not yet offered a model in 7.6239 or other cartridge with the Grendel rim diameter.

Pretty big action for a little cartridge.

The standout, and breakaway Grendel rifle has been the Howa Mini. The launch of that rifle in Grendel really allowed the cartridge to become 'mainstream'.
