Given that they are talking about starting on the parking lot this year and then work on a wing to expand manufacturing, I don't think they will be scaling up terribly fast. Depending on how much they are expanding and what it is going to take to get it operational, it could easily be 6-12 months before we might see new production from it, keeping in mind that there are all sorts of building materials shortages and labor shortages at this time.
