got your pm and replied there as well, that rifle I have pics on my current instagram page even though I sold it, @65grendelhunters, anyway on the proof carbon 6.5 barrel list only one has the smaller diameter shank of 1.13" (from memory but you'll see it when you're scrolling) while the rest are 1.2", it's a 1-8 twist, 24" sendero contour, I believe I have the Manson reamer and take the barrel, reamer, go/no go gauge to your smith and he should be able to do the rest

Don’t think it’s quite that simple here in the states. CZ barrels are metric threads, most regular gunsmiths here are setup to cut “standard” threads. Switching back and forth between metric and standard drives the cost of the labor through the roof and makes it impractical. At least around here. He did say, he thought PAC-Nor would/could cut metric threads on the tenon before shipping. Don’t know!
