Whether the threat against the nuclear plant is real or implied or perhaps made up, I am not sure right now; I certainly would not put it past him. And I'd need to see some confirmation too: it seemed to be the case this morning but now (afternoon) it's not so clear. But I wouldn't put it past him. I don't think we're dealing with a rational person here. Only thing matters to him is total submission of Ukraine and hands-ff and staying scared of all other nations.
He's not stopping with Ukraine, that's IMO. I think he wants to re-establish the whole old-soviet-sphere/russian empire land mass thing.
