Premium barrels makers are 6-12 months behind! Just got off the phone with Brux last week!
Not all local gunsmiths will/like doing metric threads! Think, metric may cost more!
Premium barrel + gunsmithing is going to be around $700+ depending on your local area.
Wanting a 16.5 heavy barrel 300 BO, I would beat the bushes for a Ruger Ranch and call it good! Lets face it, its a 300 BO, not a 6mm Dasher!
However, and with all due respect, switching from the Grendel, to a 300 BO is like breaking up with a Korean bikini model, to start kissing your sister! IMO! Good Lord!
