Hi from a fellow n00b and PNWer here too. I just joined and I hail from Portland.
I also reload, and since you mentioned the 120gr ELD, please make sure you seat them deep enough! I cannot emphasize this enough because the Hornady book C.O.L. is too long for some rifles. I had to shorten my C.O.L. to 2.190". When I initially seated them at 2.245" per the book, the bullet was definitely touching the lands. Even at 2.210" it was still touching.
