What is your intended use with it? Collector's piece, or blaster?
If blaster:
Daniel Defense (You can get a lightweight barrel from them too, Cold Hammer Forged, 4150 CMV, chome-lined, with FSB)
Bravo Company USA, (if you can find anything in stock)

If you're looking for an actual Colt 11.5" barrel mounted to a Colt M4 upper, good luck. I would chekc with gunbroker, AR15.com Equipment Exchange, and places like that.
