You see, it is apparent that in this academic discussion, cost is much less important than performance and there are no requirements so anything goes.
No requirements have been stated, no costs. Therefore I am positive a .30 caliber diameter bullet can do everything any other bullet can.
Unless one uses a Grendelf. That bullet will do the trick for sure. Awesome performance.
