I see us rapidly spiraling to not only lacking in qualified personnel, but in adequate ammunition for training. There was a time in the mid-90's that rifle qual was modified to where if you shot X score, you didn't have to requal for 2 years. Don't get me started in the changes made in the marksmanship program that continues to cut number of rounds fired per year. Probably doesn't impact SpecOps, but for your average trigger puller, it borders on the criminal.
